Patna, RJD chief Lalu Prasad seem to be trying ‘too hard’ to score one up against the BJP and its allies, as he takes a dig against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) here on Friday. He alleged that Mahatma Gandhi’s killers are still alive and roaming free.
“Bapu hum sharminda hain, aapke katil ab bhi jinda haina (Mahatma Gandhi, we are ashamed that your killers are still alive),” he said, as the nation on Friday paid tributes to Gandhi on his 146th birth anniversary.
Asked about who are worshipping Gandhi’s killer, the Rashtriya Janata Dal chief told the media that it was the RSS.
