Mr. Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India, is scheduled to visit Madhya Pradesh from the 27th of May to the 29th of May.
During the three-day visit, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind would lay the foundation stone of some health institutions in Bhopal. In addition, he would also address a conference organized in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
According to a government official, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind would reach Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh’s capital on the 27th of May. On the second day of his visit, the 28th of May, the President of India would take part in the foundation stone laying ceremony of some new health institutions.
Later, on the third day, the 29th of May, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind would go to Ujjain and address the All India Ayurveda Conference, organised at the Kalidas Academy.
Finally, before leaving for Delhi, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind would offer prayers at the famous Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain.
Meanwhile, in regard to the visit of the President of India, Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, held a review meeting regarding the arrangements for President Ram Nath Kovind’s visit. The meeting held on the 23rd of May, Monday, was attended by the senior officials of the State, Mr. Iqbal Singh Bains, the Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Sudhir Saxena, the Director General of Police (DGP,) Dr. Rajesh Tajora, the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) and Mr. Mohammed Suleiman, the Additional Chief Secretary of (Health.)
