Ravi Kumar, the Indian wrestler at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 secured a Silver Medal for India
At the Wrestling event, Ravi Kumar Dahiya lost against Russian Zavur Uguev. In the 57 kg final of the Wrestling event, the score was 7-4 with which, the two time Russian champion won a Gold Medal and Ravi Kumar Dahiya brought Silver.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, took to Twitter and congratulated the Olympic athlete Ravi Kumar Dahiya on his Silver Medal.
PM Modi tweeted, “Ravi Kumar Dahiya is a remarkable wrestler! His fighting spirit and tenacity are outstanding. Congratulations to him for winning the Silver Medal at #Tokyo2020. India takes great pride in his accomplishments.”
With this, India second silver medal and fifth medal overall at the Tokyo Olympics.
