After being halted for a while in January, due to the Wuhan virus (COVID-19) third wave, Hyderabad’s annual fair Numaish exhibition is all set to resume.
Numaish 2022, which started from the 1st of January, has now been suspended. The decision was taken by the All India Industrial Exhibition (AIIE) Association on the 3rd of January. On Monday, the association conducted a meeting and came to a conclusion to suspend the annual exhibition till the 10th of January.
The All India Industrial Exhibition (Numaish), would begin from the 25th of February at Nampally grounds, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The Nampally Exhibition Society sources said that the 46-day event would run from 4:00 P.M., to 10:30 P.M. on normal days and 11:00 P.M., on public holidays and weekends.
It is reported that there will be about 1,600 stalls in Numaish. Stalls displaying a range of dry fruits and nuts and clothing from various States including Chennai, Kashmir, Gujarat, West Bengal etc., would be set up at the Numaish.
However, visitors are required to abide by the Wuhan virus rules and they are allowed only with wearing of masks, sanitisation and thermal screening.
