In a shocking incident, a wedding in Telangana took a tragic turn as the bridegroom died a day before his wedding day.
Identified as Bhukya Yakub, 21 years old, he lost his life due to electrocution in the Kommugudem Thanda region of Mahabubabad district, Telangana. Yakub switched on the motor of the borewell at his residence, when he got an electric shock and died on the spot. Tragically, an electrical malfunction caused an unexpected and fatal accident, ending the young man’s life prematurely.
Bhukya Yakib was a painter by profession and was working with the Secunderabad Railways on a contract of painting the railway station. He was set to tie the knot with a young woman named Mounika from Teekili Thanda, on the 12th of May.
However, the incident occurred on the 11th of May, not only left the entire family in grief, but shattered the dreams of the youth.
Meanwhile, the local police registered a case under the relevant section of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and launched an investigation.
