Wife of Late Colonel Santosh Babu takes charge as trainee Collector in Telangana.
The Telangana State Government appointed Santoshi, the wife of Colonel Santosh Babu after the Indian Army Soldier Santosh Babu died in the Indo China border clash.
In July 2020, Santosh Babu died in a clash with the Chinese troops at the Line of Actual Control (LAC.)
K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, appointed Ms. Santoshi as a trainee Collector to Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
She had earlier joined as a Deputy Collector in the Revenue Department.
Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao had asked senior bureaucrat Smita Sabharwal to help Santoshi with proper training and help her settle down in the job.
Santoshi had begun her work with the revenue department on the 16th of August.
However, on the 2nd of November, she received her appointment letter from Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district collector Anita Ramachandran.
