GHMC Elections 2020: Telangana CM KCR To Address Public Meeting On 28th Of November

K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR,) the Chief Minister of Telangana, is all set to address a public meeting on the 28th of November.

The President of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) KCR, would address the public meeting at LB Nagar Stadium, which is a campaign for the upcoming Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections.

Besides KCR’s public meeting, the TRS cadres are also campaigning for the GHMC elections in 150 GHMC divisions.

Speaking after releasing the GHMC Progress Report of the last six years, K.T. Rama Rao, the Working President of the TRS, urged the candidates to work round the clock for the next 10 days and ensure a thumping victory.

Mr. Rao addressed a meeting at the Telangana Raj Bhavan on the 20th of November and said, “Last time, we fell short by a few seats. But let us hit the century mark in this GHMC elections.” He further said, “It is our best weapon against our opponents. We must explain to the people how our visionary Chief Minister had overcome several hurdles and ensured that the city was on the growth path,”

The GHMC elections are scheduled to be held on the 1st of December and the results would be announced on the 4th of December.

The three major parties contesting the GHMC elections are: the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and the Indian National Congress (INC.)
