Two men have been arrested in Hyderabad, on Friday after a housewife launched a case in Cyberabad’s Rachakonda, for harassing her on social media. The complaint lodged for cyber bullying, said that two unidentified members were sending vulgar messages since November 17 on her Facebook account.
Mohammad Riyazuddin, the police inspector who lodged the complaint said, “When she stopped responding to the messages, the stalker started sending messages to her contacts on Facebook including her family members. A porn video featuring a lookalike of the lady was also sent. When the victim got to know about the incident, she approached (the) Cyber Cell,”
After the following profile and tracking the IP addresses of the two people, officials arrested Kommareddy Sailesh, 45 years and Kethireddy Rishik, 19 years. While Sailesh is a resident of Kothapet, Rishik was from Boduppal.
They were arrested and are being interrogated by the Rachakonda Police officials.
