The Hyderabad International Airport is making headlines for hosting the largest cargo plane, the Airbus Beluga at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
On the 31st of July, the airport in Shamshabad region witnessed the grand arrival of the Airbus Beluga. It is one of the largest cargo aircraft globally, renowned for its capacity to transport oversized air cargo.
The airport operator, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, expressed their excitement to once again host the magnificent whale-shaped plane in the sky.
In preparation for its landing, parking and take off, the airport authorities made special arrangements, ensuring a seamless and successful visit.
This is the second time Hyderabad Airport is housing the ‘Whale of the Sky.’ The last time Hyderabad hosted the largest airplane of the world was in December 2022.
