Hyderabad To Witness Heavy Rain For Next 24 Hours, IMD

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heavy to moderate rainfall in Hyderabad for the next 24 hours.

According to the Hyderabad weather report, the rain would continue till today night, the 16th of November. The major reason behind the continuous rainfall since Monday, the 15th of November, is low pressure in the  Bay of Bengal.  The low pressure being developed at the Bay of Bengal is expected to move towards the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh and turn into a cyclonic circulation, resulting in rainfall in the two Telugu states.

In addition, due to the weather change (winter beginning) and rainfall, the temperature during night is  close to 20° celsius.

People in the Southern State are advised not to venture out unnecessarily and fishermen were also advised to avoid going to sea coast areas.

Stay tuned for further updates.
