KCR Express Condolences To Indian Army Soldier Santosh Babu’s Family

After listening the news of the demise of soldier of Indian Army from Telangana, K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana and Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Governor of Telangan spoke to the parents of Santosh Babu and expressed grief.

Tamilisai Soundararajan, said, “I salute the brave soldiers who gave their lives to the nation. Their sacrifices will always be remembered by the nation. Entire nation shares the grief of the bereaved families.”

the 16th of June, one of senior officer of the Indian Army, from Hyderabad, Telangana, lost his life in the violent face-off with the Chinese soldiers in Ladakh.

Colonel Santosh Babu, the Army officer was from Suryapet town of Telangana.

According to sourcea, Colonel Santosh Babu along with two soldiers attained martyrdom in the skirmish at Galwan Valley in Ladakh last night.

Colonel Santosh Babu and two soldiers were killed in a combat on Indian territory.

Working in the border for the last 18 months, Col Santosh Babu is survived by wife Santoshi and two kids, a daughter and a son.

Colonel Santosh Babu was a resident  of Vidya Nagar in Suryapet. He was an National Defence Academy (NDA) Student from the Korukonda Sainik School, Hyderabad.

After the demise of the Idian soldiers, social media platforms flooded with messages for the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers.

Though soldier Santosh Babu died on the 15th of June, the news was conveyed to his parents residing in Telangana on the 16th of June.

Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, Commanding Officer of the 16th battalion of Bihar Regiment, according to reports, was killed in the stand-off with Chinese troops at Galwan Valley, Ladakh on Monday night.

The officer was living with his wife and nine year old daughter Abhigna and four year old son Anil, in Delhi.

B. Upender, Santosh Babu’s father, a retired bank manager  and homemaker Manjula Santosh’s mother were residents of Vidyanagar in the town.

Colonel Santosh’s parents said he was due for transfer to Hyderabad in September.
