In the latest political development, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration Minister, slapped a legal notice to opposition leaders.
On the 28th of March, Tuesday, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao issued legal notice to Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President. The notices were issued over their allegations on Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) paper leak and warned them to face a defamation suit of Rs. 100 crore. The legal notice also asked the two leaders to withdraw their allegations and tender apologies to Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS.)
Mr. K.T. Rama Rao in the legal notice siad, both the leaders, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Mr. A. Revanth Reddy were trying to cast aspersions and damagehis reputation. The legal notice was sent by the lawyer of Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, asking the leaders to refrain from making such defamatory statements and tender a public apology. If the opposition leaders would not refrain from making derogatory comments, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao would file a defamation suit in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
