The Australia India Institute (AII) invited K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development and the Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Minister, for its fourth annual Australia India Leadership Dialogue (AILD.)
AILD is scheduled to be held on the 8th and 9th of December in Melbourne, Australia.
Ross Fitzgerald, the Co Chair of AILD, sent the invitation to K.T. Rama Rao and said, “We look forward to your involvement in what we expect will be a very interesting, constructive and stimulating step forward in the further development of Australia-India relations.”
AILD is an event where government and non government officials and leaders meet and discuss important topics and issues in India and Australia. Influencers, businessmen and leaders of both the nations come together at the forum and discuss the fundamental importance of politics, governance, water security, trade, economics, education, health and others.
The first AILD was organised in 2015 and since then, every year, AII organises the event in Australia and India, alternating between both the countries.
