Hyderabad: Chief minister Revanth Reddy directed the authorities to constitute a new committee to redress the land disputes. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday chaired a review meeting of Dharani portal and made key directions to the authorities.
Revanth said that the committee is similar to the Koneru Ranga Rao committee which will give suggestions to redress and resolve the land disputes. Ministers, higher authorities, legal experts, farmers will be made part of these committees, Revanth said.
The Congress party made serious allegations on Dharani portal before assembly elections and promised to redress the grievances and objections of the public. COngress also proposed Bhoomatha portal in the place of Dharani.
Revanth Reddy seriously focused on the irregularities in Dharani scheme and directed chief secretary (CS) Shanta Kumari to submit the details of Dharani since its inception.
