The Telangana Minister for Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development Mr.Talasani Srinivas Yadav highlighted the industrial policy, implemented by the Telangana Government.
In a press release, Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav mentioned that the policy under the leadership of Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, is helping the state government to become exemplary for the country.
On Tuesday, the 6th of June, Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav was at an event organized under the auspices of the Industries Department as part of the Telangana Decade celebrations at the VST Workers Union Hall in Musheerabad Constituency. He was present as the Chief Guest at the event.
First, a documentary was shown explaining the condition of industries before the emergence of Telangana state and the development that took place after Telangana state. Later, the minister said that the government has taken many steps for the development of not only industries but also the IT sector.
The Telangana Minister reminded that the world’s most famous companies like Amazon, Google and Apple have set up their companies in Hyderabad. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao, the government has brought TS I Pass for the establishment of new industries.
Apart from that, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Government has also provided electricity supply, water and other resources necessary for the establishment of industries, and due to the special efforts of the Minister of Industries, Shri K. Taraka Rama Rao, in consultation with foreign companies, industrialists are coming forward to set up industries on a large scale. He said that large scale industries have been set up not only in Hyderabad but also in Karimnagar, Warangal, Nizamabad, Khammam and other districts. He said that directly and indirectly 10 lakh people got job and employment opportunities.
Mr. Talasani Srinivas said that 24-hour power supply to industries is being done in Telangana state like nowhere else in the country. He explained that due to the investment of thousands of crores of rupees in a period of 9 years, people used to migrate from our state to other states and other countries for employment.
He said that currently around 29 lakh workers from different states are working in various sectors in our state. He said that the government will take measures not only for the establishment of industries but also for the welfare of the workers working in them. It is explained that SC, ST, BC, Minorities and Disabled will be encouraged by providing various concessions on setting up industries. He said that on the 10th spring of the state, the government will organize the decade celebrations till the 22nd.
Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that in these festivals, the people will be informed about the progress made during the period of 9 years. Later, the minister handed over mementos to several industry managers. MLA Mutha Gopal, former corporator Srinivas Reddy, Industrial General Manager Pawan Kumar, RDO Vasantha, SC Corporation ED Ramesh, Dickey CEOs Ravi Kumar, Srinivas, Siddhar Goyal and others participated in the programme.
