According to sources, the Telangana CM left for Delhi tour on the evening of the 28th of February, Monday.  The tour aims to strengthen and unite regional party leaders to form a Third Federal Front, against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BBJP) at national level.

Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao would also meet retired bureaucrats as part of his plan to form an anti-BJP alliance.  The sudden Delhi tour came a day after the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President met with the election strategist Mr. Prashant Kishor at his farmhouse in Erravelli.

Besides meeting retired public service officers and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President,  KCR would also meet the farmers’ union leader Mr. Rakesh Tikait.

During this Delhi trip, KCR is accompanied by his daughter and TRS leader Ms. K. Kavitha, the State Planning Board Vice Chairman Mr. B. Vinod Kumar, the State Minister Mr.  V Srinivas Goud and the  Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. J. Santosh Kumar.

It is to be noted, in the past few days, the Telangana CM met with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Uddhav Thackeray and the Chief Minister of West Bengal Ms. Mamata Banerjee to discuss the Federal Front.  In future, KCR is expected to meet Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, the President of the Samajwadi Party (SP,) the opposition of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh.  The meeting with Mr. Akhilesh Yadav is expected after the 7th of March, as he is busy in the ongoing Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, which is scheduled to end on the 7th of March.

Meanwhile, with these constant efforts and planning with the election strategist Mr. Prashant Kishore, it is evident that the Telangana CM is planning for national politics and 2024 General elections, against the PM Narendra Modi led BJP Government.
