The party leaders are working to finalize five major guarantees from these promises to attract the voters in Telangana.  The party has already announced some of these promises as part of declarations for farmers, youth and unemployed in the State, if win the elections.

In addition, during a media interaction, Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, the TPCC President, said the Indian National Congress would announce its draft manifesto for the State elections on the 17th of September.
