The Telangana Government, on the 3rd of November, issued notice to pass all intermediate absentee students.
According to the released notice, all 27,589 students who were absent for the intermediate exams were passed.
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government directed the concerned officials to pass all the absentees by adding grace marks.
The State Government took the decision considering the current situation due to the pandemic of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
Recently, as per the direction of the K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, the State Government passed the students who failed in the intermediate examinations and scrapped the supplementary exams.
The School of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams were also cancelled this year and all the students have been declared pass due to the pandemic crisis.
The students were awarded grade points based on their internal exams performance.
