In Telangana’s Jubilee Hills, a tragic incident occurred, a police constable working with the elite Grey Hounds, an anti naxal force, died after being electrocuted.
The incident occurred on the 30th of April, Sunday night, in which the constable identified as Veera Swamy (45,) died due to electrocution.
Getting into the details, Veera Swamy was riding his motorcycle on the Jubilee Hills checkpost road after heavy rains. Furthermore, the local sources said, Veera Swamy’s motorcycle reportedly slipped, causing him to fall onto the pavement, following which he came in contact with an electrical pole, which electrocuted him. Although the paramedics tried to revive him by giving CPR, they could not save him.
The constable Veera Swamy died on the spot and was later shifted to a mortuary in Hyderabad.
The Jubilee Hills Police registered a case and launched an investigation.
