On the 6th of February, Monday, the Telangana Police reported a tragic accident, which occurred in the Asifabad district.
According to sources, in the wee hours of Monday, a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus overturned at Ayyappagutta region in the Asifabad district. The incident occurred after the driver abruptly jumped off the moving vehicle due to reported chest pain. The incident resulted in severe injuries to seven passengers, travelling from Asifabad to Hyderabad.
The police said, no casualties were reported whereas injured people received treatment and are said to be in stable condition with injuries in their hands and legs.
Meanwhile, the police registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
