Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, the Union Tourism Minister and Union Home Minister for Telangana State took a dig against Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana.

On the 27th of December, Tuesday, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said that CM KCR is an expert in twisting facts and scripting lies.  The comments were made after the Telangana High Court (HC) dismissed the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the case of poaching of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs.)  The Telangana HC transferred the controversial MLAs poaching case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI.)

Welcoming the decision of the Telangana HC, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said that KCR is an expert script writer, but failed in direction.  He pointed out the recent release of a video of his farmhouse, where someone was heard offering Rs. 100 crores to the BRS MLAs. KCR released the video on social media platform, alleging that the BJP leaders and close aide of Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the President of the BJP in Telangana, of offering the amount to BRS MLAs with an attempt of poaching.  However, the BJP denied the allegations and called the farmhouse files to be a conspiracy of the BRS Government led by Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao.

Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said, “KCR family is tuned to slinging mud on those who are emerging as an alternative force in the State, but this time its attempts to defame BJP leaders in the poachgate case have failed miserably.”  He further said that KCR’s farmhouse files have failed due to the poor script and direction.

Meanwhile, the BRS MLAs Poachgate Case has been transferred to the CBI, which would start a fresh investigation into the controversial matter.
