Mumbai: Apple CEO Tim Cook’s trip to India is turning out to be great benefit for the nation’s tech as the country has awaited 2 decades for the Apple’s conformation on India’s setup. Apple CEO today official confirmed that a new initiative support engineering talent and push for growth in India’s iOS development community will be started soon.
Tim Cook said on his social media, “With the opening of this new facility in Bengaluru, we’re giving developers access to tools which will help them create innovative apps for customers around the world.”
Tim Cook said he will setup an iOS App Design and Development Accelerator in Bengaluru where specialised support and training will be given to iOS developers in India.
“India is home to one of the most vibrant and entrepreneurial iOS development communities in the world,” said Apple CEO Tim Cook in a statement. “With the opening of this new facility in Bengaluru, we’re giving developers access to tools which will help them create innovative apps for customers around the world,” he added.
