Bengal: In what seems to be black magic practise, two young women’s bodies were found in Bengal’s East Midnapore district on Saturday, leading police to suspect that a ‘tantrik’ may be responsible for the murders.
The Police is investigating the case and trying to figure out if there is a connection between the two deaths or they are two separate crimes as one of the body was found in the bushes; where as the other body was surrounded by flowers, vermillion, incense as stated by NDTV.
It has become a task to identity these two women and has not yet been established, and their heads are yet to be found by the Police.
When the 18-year-old woman’s body was found in a betel leaf farm in the Tamluk police station area, the matter came into notice. Later, after two hours, around 60 Km away, the body of a second woman was found in the Nandigram police station area.
The Tamluk victim appeared to have been killed just hours before her body was found. But, the Nandigram victim must have been dead for almost 48 hours before her body was found. This was stated in a report.
The police are trying to figure out if this indeed is a case of black magic and a “tantrik” is involved or the material is used to deviate from the crime. Also the police are trying to check if the women were murdered nearby or killed elsewhere and dumped elsewhere.
