The former Indian Cricket team Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni turned 37 on Saturday. He celebrated his birthday with his family and teammates in England where India is presently playing T20.
A fan video circulating on the internet shows Dhoni smiling while his daughter Ziva, wife Sakshi and teammates sing “Happy Birthday Mahi!”
Indian Cricket personalities like Suresh Raina and Virendra Sehwag took to Twitter sending birthday wishes to the ‘Captain Cool.’

His wife, Sakshi Dhoni shared a photograph of the couple on Instagram with a post suggesting the beauty he has brought to her life. The post read, “Thank you for making me see and deal with life in a straightforward practical way… Lots of love and also thank you for making my life so beautiful.”\
The 1981 born former Captain made his Cricket debut in 2004 in a One Day International match against Bangladesh. Since his 2005 Test debut against Sri Lanka, he has played 90 Test matches. On the eve of his 37th birthday he played his 500th International match. He announced his retirement from Test Cricket in 2014.
Dhoni has a total of 9967 runs and 297 catches to his credit since he began his career.
