Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh claims to have 50 million followers and he also runs a spiritual empire which campaigns against drug use and promotes vegetarianism. He is a self-controlled man who is from Haryana and his other passion is ‘Bollywood.’ Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh believes that he is a God sent a man and promotes his ideology of vegetarianism and drug de-addiction.
In the third part of the film, he starred as ‘’The Messenger of God,’’ or MSG, with the title saying, “MSG – The Warrior Lion Heart.” This 49-year-old man plays a secret agent who is armed with his twirled mustache and a sword to fight aliens and UFOs.
According to critics, the films serve as propaganda for his followers, the Dera Sacha Sauda faith, which Singh doesn’t dispute. In an interview, he said that he is not trying to become a movie star but he is trying to spread Indian culture with the message of humanity to the masses.
“You will see in this film that our culture was so powerful that the technology that the aliens are bringing, it had already been used by our ancestors. That is why the scenes appear larger than life. We should also show India’s greatness,” said Ram Rahim, whose faith describes itself as a nonprofit spiritual and welfare organization.
Ram Rahim maintains a complete control of his expenses which includes the dialogue writer, choreographer, props, stunts, film editor and makeup artist.
He also says that he has done research and there is no dress code given for holy and spiritual men. Nowhere is it given that saints wear anything specific the only thing you need to have is clear thought and with it you can become God even in shirt and trousers.
