Kerala: The video has gone viral on social media, as it shows how a 76-year-old lady Meenakshiamma from Vatakara, Kerala, performing martial arts with fitness. The 76-year-old is a teacher at the ancient Indian martial art form Kalaripayattu.
In the video, she can be seen taking on his opponent – a man half her age – with no signs of slowing down. She uses both offensive and defensive tactics to tackle her rival brilliantly.
