
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has announced an ambitious new program aimed at creating 20 lakh jobs in the state’s capital, Amaravati, over the next five years. Speaking to the media after the AP Cabinet meeting, the CM emphasized the state’s vision of “Think Globally, Act Globally,” while launching six new policies to drive development.
The new policies include initiatives for electronics, industrial growth, clean energy, green energy, tourism, IT, and virtual working. The CM highlighted the “One Family, One Entrepreneur” motto, encouraging citizens not only to seek jobs but to become job creators. “These new policies will transform the state’s progress and bring significant changes for the youth,” said Naidu.
The CM also announced plans to establish five innovation hubs across the state, including the prestigious Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Amaravati. The other hubs will be located in Visakhapatnam, Rajamahendravaram, Tirupati, Vijayawada or Guntur, and Anantapur. These hubs aim to foster technological growth and development in various sectors, including agriculture and the knowledge economy.
Naidu also outlined an ambitious plan to attract Rs. 30 lakh crore in investments as part of the Swarnandhra 2047 vision. He added that Andhra Pradesh will focus on zero-budget natural farming, green energy, and creating a global brand for the state’s products.
