Starbucks barista uses sign language with deaf customer : Video goes viral

Ordering from a drive-thru could be a really tough task for people who are deaf-mute but here is video from Florida- based woman shows how Starbucks, a very famous coffee-making chain, will be going out f our expectations to assist deaf-mute persons.

In this esteemed video, Rebecca King pauses her car in front of a Starbucks outlet but cannot listen to the operator asking for her order. Instantly a barista appears on the monitor who communicated with the 28-year-old in a sign language to attend the order for two coffees.

King told First Coast news, that she had discovered the feature on Monday and was so thrilled to share it with the world that she visited the next day to capture it in her camera.

“Share it away. We can change the world,” King wrote on her Facebook wall. The video went viral overnight. It has been shared over 2 lakh times and has garnered over 80 lakh views.

The barista named Katie Wyble, a student, told Action News Jax that she has been studying sign language in school. In India, while we have the option of drive-thru, it’s a rare possibility to have someone on the counter to know sign language.
