Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, met with the Andhra Pradesh High Court (HC) Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra on the 25th of April, Monday.
The meeting was organized in the view of the upcoming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Justices’ joint conference. According to sources, the meeting was held to outline the agenda for the joint conference.
Furthermore, the expansion of court facilities, filling positions in the judiciary, e-courts, disposition of long-pending cases, and rules for legal help has been discussed during the meeting between the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh. The aforementioned discussions would be presented on behalf of the State and would be discussed during the joint conference.
The Chief Minister was joined at the meeting by state Chief Secretary Mr. Sameer Sharma, Principal Secretary M.T. Krishna Babu, and other senior officials.
