The Andhra Pradesh Government led by Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, took an important decision for the Schedule Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST.)
On the 23rd of January, Monday, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) issued an ordinance, extending the sub plan for SC and ST by 10 years.
Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, approved extending the deadline of the SC and ST Sub Plan Act.
It is to be noted, the current SC and ST Sub Plan Act is scheduled to expire on the 23rd of January. With the issued ordinance, the extension is in effect from the 23rd of January.
It is to be noted, the SCs and STs in the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh,appealed to the government to extend the deadline of the sub-plan.
The ordinance related to the extension of the sub-plan will be published in the state government gazette in English, Telugu and Urdu languages.
