On the 24th of September, the Andhra Pradesh (AP) Government will begin the scrutiny of certificates for the village and ward secretariat recruitment in AP.
Recently, the Andhra Pradesh Government conducted the Grama Sachivalayam recruitment exam in AP for approximately 1,26,728 job vacancies.
On the 19th of September, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of AP, announced the results, following which, the scrutiny of certificates commenced.
The district selection committees will extend the merit lists, based on which, they will examine all the certificates of the candidates. The scrutiny started from the 24th of September and will continue till the 26th of September. The appointment orders will be sent via email from the 27th of September.
The last date for submitting the required documents and certificates was the 23rd of September.
The final selected candidates are advised to download their call letter from the official website of Grama Sachivalayam.
The officials also said after selection, the candidates are required to come for certificate verification. Information about the venue for the verification will be sent via SMS to the candidates’ registered numbers.
Candidates unable to attend the certificate verification on the said dates would be given 7 days to complete the process.
After the above process, the candidates will be given their appointment letters on the 29th of September and will also be trained before their joining.
The joining date of the selected candidates is the 2nd of October.

Candidates must have these documents for verification:
Two pairs of certificates and 2 passport size photos signed by the Gazette Officer.
Residence Certificate and Aadhaar Card are mandatory.
Birth Certificate from the required authorities for certification of date of birth.
All original certificates and marks sheet.
Study certificates of education from 4th standard to 10th standard.
Candidates who migrated to AP from Telangana between the 2nd of June 2014 and the 1st of June 2019 due to the AP bifurcation, will have to submit a certificate of localization.
Caste Certificate for BC, SC and ST candidates.
BC candidates should carry a Non Criminal Certificate.
Candidates are required to submit a self certified copy of any criminal case against them. The specific format of this can be downloaded from the website.
Candidates with hearing impairment must carry a Parental Residence Certificate.
Candidates who are ex servicemen or from the divisions of Sports and NCC must carry relevant certificates.
