Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday heard anticipatory bail petitions filed by actress Sri Reddy in connection with six cases registered against her in various police stations. The cases involve allegations of posting obscene content on social media targeting Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Ministers Nara Lokesh, Vangalapudi Anitha, and their family members.

The Visakhapatnam police case resulted in a favorable ruling for Sri Reddy, as the court granted her anticipatory bail with the condition that she must appear before the investigating officer weekly. However, her bail petition related to a case filed by the Chittoor police was dismissed, with the court ruling it as inadmissible.

In the Anakapalli case, Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) Sairohit presented arguments, highlighting that Sri Reddy used highly offensive language. Justice K. Srinivasa Reddy adjourned the hearing for one week. Additionally, the court directed the police in Kurnool, Krishna, and Vizianagaram districts to issue notices to Sri Reddy and seek her explanation regarding the allegations.
