Vijayawada: AP Congress President YS Sharmila alleged that YSR Congress party is misusing the public money of the government for their ‘Siddham’ meetings.
YS Sharmila said Rs. 90 crores were spent by the government on each and every ‘Siddham’ meeting. She alleged that Rs.600 crores worth public money is spent on these meetings.
Sharmila in a press conference here on Sunday and said that Jagan conveniently ignored the promises given before the 2019 elections. “Jagan promised 2.3 lakh jobs before coming into power. But he ignored the notifications after coming into power.
We were stopped when we tried to question Jagan over his failures, “ Sharmila said. APCC chief said that YS Jagan followed the footsteps of prime minister Narendra Modi and ignored many promises given to the people in election manifestos.
AP Congress is confident of exposing the failures of Jagan and how he betrayed the people of the state through his false promises, Sharmila added.
