Anantapur: AP Congress president YS Sharmila said that she struggled hard to bring YSRCP into power. She said that her 3200 km long ‘Pada-Yatra’ paved the path for the grand victory of Jagan in the 2019 polls. She expressed dissatisfaction over Jagan for personal attacks.
Addressing APCC regional meetings Sharmila strongly targeted YSRCP. “I kept my sweat and blood for Jagan. He ignored me and started to attack,” Sharmila added. How can YSRCP leader comment on my personal life, she questioned.
Targeting BJP, Sharmila said that YS Jagan is trying to convert AP people into slaves of the union government. BJP which failed to win a single MP seat in AP is controlling the state, Sharmila alleged.
Sharmila said that Naidu and Jagan failed to question Modi for refusing to allocate funds for Polavaram. She asserted that Congress will complete polavaram and give special status to AP after coming into power.
