Mangalagiri: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu alleged that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is behind the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group-1 scam. He alleged that former DGP and APPSC chairman D Gawtham Sawang and IPS officer Seetharamanjaneyulu are unfit for the public service.
He addressed the media and delivered a ley powerpoint presentation explaining how the alleged APPSC scam took place. Naidu said that the scam ruined the lives of hundreds of job aspirants. He said that real aspirants were demoralized with the false practices implemented in the selection process.
TDP alleged Rs.200 crores worth scam in the recruitment process and demanded to cancel the entire process.
Naidu demanded the Chief secretary and governor to intervene and take appropriate action. CBI enquiry is needed in this issue since thousands of youth were affected, Naidu demanded.
Meanwhile, Jana Sena also demanded an enquiry into the alleged APPSC scam.
