Mangalagiri: Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan and Telugu Desam party president N Chandrababu Naidu conducted a key meeting on finalizing the second list of candidates. The meeting held at Naidu’s residence was held for almost two hours.
Pawan Kalyan and Naidu intensified the exercise on finalizing the second list of candidates. Sources said that Pawan had cleared the names of ten candidates for the second list.
Naidu, Nara Lokesh and TDP AP unit president Achennaidu held a key meeting on Tuesday night and finalized around 32 candidates for the second list.
Sources close to TDP said that Naidu and Pawan Kalyan are closely monitoring the happenings at Delhi and eyeing to meet the top brass of BJP on Saturday.
Both the parties had preliminarily decided not to declare the second list until BJP gives clarity on joining the alliance.
Telugu Desam is gearing to conduct a key review meeting on finalizing around 12 MP candidates by March 8, 2024.
