Amaravati: Poll strategist Prasanth Kishore’s meeting with Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu lifted the spirit of party cadre. Followers of Telugu Desam party welcomed the decision of party leadership to work with Prasanth Kishor who played a key role in YS Jagan’s victory in 2019 elections.
Prasanth Kishor along with Nara Lokesh and Kilaru Rajesh arrived at Vijayawada airport in a special flight on Saturday afternoon. They left for Naidu’s house at Karakatta road and held a meeting for around 4 hours. Sources said that Prasanth Kishore will work as an advisor for poll strategies. Robin Sharma who is presently working as strategist for Telugu Desam will continue his work.
Kishore addressing the media said that this is not his first meeting with TDP leaders and he met Lokesh twice earlier. Neither TDP nor Prasanth Kishor confirmed that they will work together.
Meanwhile I-PAc in a post in social media platform ‘X’ stated that they have been working with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy since last year and wish to see him as CM of the state again.
