Suspended MLAs Meet Kona Raghupathi, Suspended TDP MLAs Meet Deputy Speaker, Three TDP MLAs suspended, AP Budget Session, AP Assembly budget Sessions, TDP Leaders Suspended, Mango News, TDP MLAs suspended for obstructing proceedings,

The three suspended Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) on the 23rd of July, met Kona Raghupathi, the Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly.

Atchannaidu, Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary and Nimmala Ramanaidu, who were suspended from the Budget session of the AP Assembly, urged Raghupathi to cancel the suspension and limit it to a day.

The Deputy Speaker, on the 23rd of July, approved the proposal of Buggana Rajendranath Reddy to suspend the MLAs for their misbehaviour during the ongoing Assembly session.

The TDP MLAs said if Kona Raghupathi does not reduce the days of suspension of the 3 MLAs, then he should suspend all the TDP MLAs. They further said the TDP is ready to cooperate in the Assembly proceedings.

However, the MLAs of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party opposed the proposal to suspend all the TDP MLAs and said it is not right to remove the TDP members from the Assembly.

After listening to the pleas of the TDP MLAs, Kona Raghupathi met Buggana Rajendranath Reddy and Srikanth Reddy, the Chief Whip of Andhra Pradesh, regarding the matter.

Until Raghupathi, Buggana Reddy and Srikanth Reddy do not decide anything regarding the suspension, the TDP MLAs will remain suspended from the Assembly.
