TDP President Chandrababu Naidu To Move HC Against CID Notice

Chandrababu Naidu, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President finally spoke about the Crime Investigation Department (CID) issued notice against him.

Mr. Naidu said, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) finally targeted him and alleged him with false allegations. The statement of Chandrababu Naidu came a day after the CID issued summon notice in the Amaravati land scam.

The TDP leaders said questioned the authenticity of the CID notice and said, “The notices are invalid. The TDP will seek legal remedy. The unlawful actions of the government based on untruth will be met with lawful rebuttals.”

The TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu also decided to approach the Andhra Pradesh High Court (HC) against the CID notice. The TDP leaders also expressed anger over the CID notice and claimed the same to be YSRCP’s political vandalism. The leaders said the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of A.P., and his YSRCP Party is after Mr. Naidu and want to malign his image. The other reason behind the CID incident is said to distract the people on the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant privatization issue. They have questioned the authenticity of the CID notice when the court said that there was no inside trading in the Amaravati.

The former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidun discussed the case proceedings with senior party leaders Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, Payyavula Keshav, and Nallari Kishore Kumar Reddy at his residence in Hyderabad.
