A massive fight broke out between the activists of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS.) The incident occurred at the Martyrs Memorial, on the 22nd of June, Thursday.
The tension prevailed after the BJP corporators took up a mock Assembly with pictures of Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana. Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Information Technology Minister of Telangana. The BRS activists and workers opposed the mocking of the ruling party and indulged into a fight. Soon the matter turned violent creating panic at the Gun Park, in Hyderabad.
The BJP corporators alleged that the Telangana CM KCR failed to take up development in Telangana, whereas the BRS workers slammed the BJP for bad mouthing KCR.
The matter intensified with the involvement of the students wing of the BRS, who also reached the place to pay tributes to the Martyrs.
Soon, the police rushed to the spot, deployed teams and took control of the situation. Meanwhile, a video of the clashes is going viral on social media platforms
