Hyderabad – Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced that the Telangana government will allocate Rs. 100 crore to support the management of the Telangana Young India Skill University. During a meeting at the Secretariat, the CM urged stakeholders to establish a corpus fund to ensure the university’s long-term management and success.
The meeting was attended by Minister Sridhar Babu, University Board Chairman Anand Mahindra, Chief Secretary Shantikumari, and other key officials. CM Revanth Reddy called on industrialists and concerned parties to contribute to the university’s management in various forms.
The officials presented an outline of the courses that will begin at the Skill University this year, with a focus on equipping Telangana’s youth with valuable skills for global opportunities. Anand Mahindra praised CM Revanth Reddy’s vision for the university and highlighted the importance of creating a skilled workforce from Telangana.
Mahindra also expressed his support for the initiative, stating that he was honored to serve as the chairman of the university board, given the CM’s forward-thinking leadership.
The university is expected to play a vital role in shaping the future of Telangana’s young workforce.
