Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reedy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) would inaugurate the middle income group (MIG) layouts under the Jagananna Smart Township Scheme.
The inauguration event has been scheduled on the 13th of January, a day ahead of pongal at the Andhra Cricket Association Stadium in Mangalagiri. For the inauguration event, a total of 600 plots were made available with each one ranging from 200 square yards to 240 sq yards.
Mr. Vijaya Krishnan, the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Commissioner said that the applications and allocations for the land would be made online. He also clarified that all family members belonging to Andhra Pradesh with income below Rs. 18 lakh per annum are eligible to purchase plots from the Andhra Pradesh Government, led by the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP.)
In addition, the Income Tax (IT) returns certifying income, Form 16, issued by the Tahsildar, is required to be submitted with a pay of 10% of the land value. The agreement would be made within the month followed by payment of 30%. The next 30 % would be paid in six months and the remaining is paid after a year or at the time of registration of the land.
