Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, on the 28th of February, released the PM Kisan Yojana Scheme money.
On Tuesday, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Tenali agricultural market yard and released the amount. According to sources, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) led Andhra Pradesh Government released an amount of 1,090.76 crores. Under the PM Kisan Yojana Scheme, approximately 51.12 lakh farmers would get benefit of Rs. 2,000 each.
The Andhra Pradesh CM is disbursing financial assistance to the farmers in the third phase of the current year and for the fourth consecutive year. He disbursed a financial aid of Rs. 13,500 for three consecutive years. In the fourth year, he already disbursed Rs. 11,500 to each affected farmer in two phases and in the third phase, he would be offering remaining amount of 2,000 to each beneficiary. According to the scheme, eligible farmers would get an amount of Rs. 13,500, yearly.
The disbursed amount would be sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers in the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh.
After disbursing the scheme amount, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed a public meeting organised at Tenali, in Guntur.
Later, in the afternoon, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy returned to his YSRCP Camp Office in Tadepalli, Andhra Pradesh.
