Y.S. Sharmila, the sister of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is all set to launch her own Party in Telangana.
Concerned with the same, Ms. Sharmila met with the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) supporters in Telangana.
The meeting was held at Lotus Pond in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ms. Sharmila during the meet, made key remarks about her brother Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Y.S. Sharmila said, “Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing his job in Andhra Pradesh. I want to work as a committee for Telangana.”
Speaking about the new political party launch, Ms. Sharmila said, ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ is coming in Telangana.
While Ms. Sharmila praised Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, she criticised K. Chandrasekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana and his Party, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS.)
Taking a dig at the KCR Government, Ms. Sharmila said, “Are the farmers happy with the KCR rule? Are the students happy? Are the Arogyasri benefits being given to everyone? Did everyone get a house?”
Meanwhile, there are rumours that Y.S. Sharmila’s new Party would have no tie ups and political alliances.
In addition, for the next Telangana Assembly elections, her new Party would contest and she would stand as the CM Candidate.
