Rajamahendravaram: Former Minister and YSRCP East Godavari President, Chelluboina Venu Gopala Krishna, has launched a sharp attack on TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, accusing him of indulging in political conspiracies and corruption. Speaking at a press conference, he claimed that Naidu’s political tactics are deceptive, and his party is attempting to capture local bodies through unethical means.
Venu Gopala Krishna labeled Naidu as a symbol of political horse-trading, referencing his alleged involvement in the ‘cash-for-vote’ scandal. He also accused Naidu of failing to secure Andhra Pradesh’s share of Rs 1.1 lakh crore assets from Telangana and abandoning his promise of a unified state capital.
He further alleged that Naidu, while in opposition, spread false propaganda about the state’s financial health, yet failed to execute welfare schemes effectively during his tenure. He criticized Pawan Kalyan’s silence on key issues, including acid attacks on women, questioning his efficiency as a political leader.
The YSRCP leader concluded that Naidu’s self-serving politics have only deepened the state’s problems, urging people to see through his deceptive tactics.
