After Sambit Patra, another Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader’s tweet was tagged as ‘manipulated media.’
On the 31st of May, Twitter tagged a tweet of Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the BJP President of Telangana, as ‘manipulative media.’
Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Karimnagar, posted a tweet about the controversial COVID-19 (the Wuhan virus/Novel Coronavirus) toolkit, allegedly prepared by the Indian National Congress (INC.) On Monday,, his tweet got listed as “deceptively altered or fabricated.”
Recently, many BJP leaders are alleging Rahul Gandhi and other INC leaders of preparing a COVID-19 toolkit, to target the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Central Government and its handling of the Wuhan virus situation. The ruling BJP alleged the INC of spreading fake data and images to tarnish PM Modi’s image amongst the public with the prepared COVID-19 toolkit.
However, the INC denied the allegations and called those evidences and letters to be fake and fabricated. In regard to this, the INC even filed a first information report (FIR) in Chhattisgarh as well as Delhi. Later, the INC insisted Delhi Police to leave the matter and sought an investigation by the Chhattisgarh Police.

Though the tweet was posted on the 18th of May, Twitter tagged it as manipulated media on the 31st of May.
