Mumbai: It is a wrap for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer “Sarbjit”. The last schedule of the shoot was completed in the city. Director Omung Kumar took a selfie with the cast and crew of the movie and also shared it on his Twitter handle.
The team was supposed to finish the shoot on March 15 but due to few problems including Wagah Border permission issue and shoot at Bhindi Bazaar issue delayed the shooting process.
Based on the life story of Indian farmer Sarabjit Singh, the film features most sought-after actress Aishwarya Rai in a leading role as Dalbir Kaur, sister of Sarabjit. Actor Randeep Hooda plays the role of Sarabjit. Actors Richa Chadha and Darshan Kumar will also be seen playing important characters in the movie. The biopic is all set to release in India on May 20,2016.
