Hyderabad: The long-awaited movie “Rudramadevi” has got a release date and it is confirmed. The movie makers of “Rudramadevi” has decided to release the epic drama across the globe on October 9, 2015. Starring Anushka Shetty in a lead role, the film is another most looked-for projects in Telugu film industry.
Gunasekhar directorial “Rudramadevi” also stars Allu Arjun, Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menen and Prakash Raj in prominent roles. After, “Baahubali”, the period drama is all set for a grand release in Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. Ace film trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed that the film will be released in Bollywood.
Actress Anushka, who carries varied roles on her shoulders with ease and charm, will be seen playing the role of 13th century queen of Kakatiya Dynasty. Stylish star Allu Arjun is playing the role of Gona Ganna Reddy and his look in the film was received well by the audience.
Music director Ilaiyaraaja composed tunes to the multi-lingual movie and the historical drama is made on a total budget of approximately Rs 60 crore. Though, the shooting was completed long ago, the eagerly-awaited movie was delayed due to computer graphics work. However, the film is scheduled to hit silver screens on October 9.
