Mumbai: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda starrer “Sarbjit” is one of the much-awaited releases of the year and the movie is scheduled to open to packed houses on May 20. Just a day before the release, the makers arranged a special screening of the biopic for Bollywood celebrities.
After watching the film, the celebs took to their Twitter handles and showered praises on the much-talked-about movie. Directed by Omung Kumar, “Sarbjit” is based on Indian farmer Sarabjit Singh, who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan and was sentenced to death. He was attacked by inmates at a prison in Lahore in April 2013 and died a few days later.
