Comedian Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao passes away

Hyderabad: Ace comedian of Telugu film industry, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao passed away on Monday. He was 69. He took his last breath at a private hospital in Hyderabad. The comedian was being treated for various illnesses at the hospital for the last one and half years.

He began his film journey in 2002 with “Aunu Valliddaru Istapaddaru”. He won accolades for his performances and bagged many roles in several roles. His movies include – “Simhadri”, “Evadi Gola Vadide”, “Sathyam”, “Kanchana Mala Cable TV”, “Sainikudu”, “Rakhi” and others. He was last seen in “Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Charitra” in 2014. Kondavalasa was a drama artist and has performed in nearly 1000 plays.
